📚 Books (Print-on-Demand via Amazon or Pumbo)
All our physical books are printed on demand and fulfilled through third-party platforms like Amazon KDP and Pumbo.
For this reason, we do not offer returns or refunds on book purchases unless required by law or if the product arrives damaged.
If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a serious defect, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue, your order number, and a brief explanation—we’ll work with our print partner to provide a replacement or resolution.
💻 Digital Products (Courses, Downloads, Strategy Kits)
Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final.
Once delivered, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
That said, we’re deeply committed to your satisfaction. If something doesn’t meet your expectations or you’re experiencing technical issues, please reach out. We will do our best to support you and make things right within reason.
